Sky Pilot

On a hazy Saturday in July Lindsay, Stu, and I headed for Sky Pilot Mountain in the Sea-to-Sky region. Lindsay and I attempted to reach the peak last year but were baffled by a flat tire in the early hours of Canada Day.

This time we easily reached the parking lot and started out up the remainder of the road. We made easy work of the trail and found the infamous pink slab to be nothing but a minor annoyance. The summit was easily reached, but the views were blocked by the July fires of 2015.
